Port Royal is the most expensive neighborhood in Southwest Florida and is considered one of the most expensive in the country. Most of the houses are on waterfront and have easy boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. The Port Royal Club is a private club that only residents of Port Royal can join. It is one of the most elite clubs in Florida and has special events like their renowned New Year’s Eve on the Beach party. The neighborhood is the height of Luxury.
