Royal Harbor is located across the Naples Bay from Aqualane Shores and has always been a haven for boaters. There are over 400 homes located in the neighborhood, a majority of which are located on deep water channels, which allow direct boat access to the Bay and are only minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. Because of the great boating and close proximity to downtown, this neighborhood has seen a meteoric rise in property values. Lots are going for over $1.3 million while some new construction homes on the bay are selling for over $10 million dollars. New construction in this boating enclave is rapidly rivaling areas that are close to the beach.
