Welcome To Bay Colony

Bay Colony is a separate gated community in Pelican Bay. It is the one area of Pelican Bay that has direct beach access from within the gated community. They have their own private beach and private tennis club only for Bay Colony residents. There are 5 different communities in Bay Colony and they include luxury condos and massive single family mansions. Lots along the beach have sold for $20 million dollars and then you still have to build your dream home. The Strand gives residents the beach at their front door and acres of conservation land behind it in effect giving you a private backyard and your own beach in front.
