Recently developers have discovered what locals have known for a long time, Coquina Sands is one of the jewels of Naples. Located west of 41 and just north of Olde Naples it known for the public beach park Lowdermilk Park and the Naples Beach Club. The Club is now closed to make way for one of the most ambitious projects in Naples. The land cost alone was over $300 million dollars. They are building beachfront and golf course condos. The project has a Tom Fazio designed golf course and will include a brand new Four Seasons hotel. This development will have a ripple effect on the surrounding housing market. The development
will have an effect on the price of the entire neighborhood. This will take Coquina Sands from one of the hidden gems to one of the most well known neighborhoods. When I lived on Banyan Road, I loved Lowdermilk Beach Park and the fact that I could be on 5th Avenue South in less than five minutes.
