Kensington is another neighborhood that I have had the pleasure of living in. Kensington is one of the best values in Naples. There are over 550 properties on site. There is a combination of coach homes, detached villas and estate homes. The location is 10 minutes from the beach, 17 minutes to 5th Avenue South and 5 minutes to Interstate 75.

Kensington is home to one of the best golf course in Southwest Florida and has a fantastic rackets program. In 2019, they built an outdoor dinning venue that is a fun location for drinks, dinner or watching a game. Kensington is a rare golf community that is unbundled, meaning you do not have to buy a membership to the club to buy and live in the community.
