Welcome To Olde Naples

Olde Naples is the heart of Naples. It includes 5th Avenue South, which is the main shopping and restaurant area that is world renowned. The energy on 5th Avenue is vibrant and the aromas being generated from the amazing array of restaurants makes you hungry instantly.

My office is located in the heart of 5th Avenue South. For lunch I can walk over to The French for great food and in the evening I can cross the street and hit Happy Hour at Ocean Prime. Also located in Olde Naples is the Third Street South corridor. Third Street South is filled with boutiques and restaurants. My favorite hangout in the area is The Bevy, they have a great craft cocktail list. The famous Naples Pier is also located in Olde Naples and almost anywhere in Olde Naples is walkable to the white sand beaches.

Housing in the area is made up of a large range of property types. There are newer homes and luxury condos that are perfect for people who like to be near the restaurants and beach. When you live in Olde Naples, you live in an area that has everything you could want to do in reach.
