Welcome To Park Shore

Park Shore is a community that is located West of 41 and just north of The Moorings. The waterfront condos have the best of everything. They are located right on the Gulf of Mexico and basically across the street from the Venetian Village; a local entertainment center. Venetian Village has some of the best restaurants in Naples and they all have the views you move to Naples to see. Personally, I love eating sushi on the Bay at Fish. Imagine spending the day at either the beach or the pool located behind your building looking at the Gulf of Mexico and then deciding to walk across the street and have lunch or dinner at restaurants with great food while watching pelicans and boats cruise through the Venetian Bay. If it sounds like heaven, that’s because it is. For those living in single family homes and non-beach condos in Park Shore, for a nominal HOA fee you have access to the Park Shore Private Beach park. Although I only lived in this community for a short time, I can’t express how much I enjoyed this neighborhood. Between the beach, Venetian Village, Neapolitan Shopping Center and the people, you can’t go wrong living in Park Shore.
