Welcome To Pelican Bay
Pelican Bay is one of my favorite places in Naples. The original developer made a unique decision to protect the mangrove fields and beachfront which results in the condo towers off the beach but with great Gulf views and either a short walk or a tram ride to one of the two private beach clubs. Both clubs have a beach chairs and umbrellas already there and restaurants that you can eat great food while you watch the picturesque sunset.
The development has over 6,500 residences surrounded by 88 acres of parks. Amenities besides the beach include tennis courts, gym, pool and basketball courts. Besides the restaurants on premises, Waterside stores and restaurants are adjacent to Pelican Bay and there is even shuttle service to and from the shopping center. There is also a 27 hole private golf club that is part of the development but that requires an additional membership.
