Welcome To Pine Ridge

Pine Ridge Estates is an area in Naples that has estate homes on lots that are a minimum of an acre. It is located in one of the top school districts and is an ideal location for a Buyer who is looking to build a large house and still have a lot of land as part of their estate. Pine Ridge was experiencing a large amount of growth and attention prior to Covid and that has only escalated since Covid. The neighborhood is located a short distance from the beach and is close to both the Waterside Shops and Mercato. Some of my favorite restaurants to go in the area are Bar Tulia and True Food Kitchen. Pine Ridge Estates even has some estates that house horses and the area houses one of my favorite local charities, The Naples Therapeutic Riding Center. The Center’s mission is to improve the lives of children and adults with physical, social and mental health needs through therapeutic riding. Local initiatives like this are another example of what makes Naples such a special place.
