Treviso Bay is a TPC (Tournament Players Championship) bundled community but golf is not the only focus of people living in Treviso Bay. The other amenities at the club provide non-golf members an endless array of activities to take part in. There is a 64,000 square foot clubhouse of which the 15,000 square foot Villa Rilassare is the centerpiece. The amenities include fitness center, aerobics, pilates, bocce ball, tennis, lap pools and resort style lagoons. If you want to be a golf member, you have to buy a house or condo that has a golf membership attached to the property. I have multiple clients that have bought in Treviso Bay that were not golf members because they loved the community and the amenities. Treviso Bay is a newer community so most of the houses and condos were built after 2010. The most recent new construction is in the area called The Peninsula. Homes in this section are equal to anything new construction in the nicest part of Naples.
