The Dunes is a resort style community located in North Naples. It has seven luxury high rise towers and 40 coach homes. The property has a new coastal themed Amenities center which includes a 25,000 square foot clubhouse with the Royal Palm restaurant and the Sand Bar, which is an indoor/outdoor bar.

They have expanded the pool area to include fire tables and a Tiki Bar.
